Condition report
Every car comes with a bilingual report with photos and defect notes. If there is a scratch, we show it in close-up.
Contract
We fix the model, VIN, trim, condition, full cost, timelines and payment procedure.
Cargo insurance
The cargo is insured along the entire route until handover to you.
If a defect was not listed
If damage is not reflected in the report, we resolve it at our own cost. If it was listed and agreed, it is the expected condition.
Factory warranty
New cars are covered by the manufacturer terms. We help with warranty claims.
